Forgiveness Meditation

Letting go of grudges and bitterness can make way for compassion, kindness and peace. When we make a decision to forgive  we release ourselves from the price of repeatedly bringing anger and bitterness into other relationship and new experiences. We loosen the grip of resentment, and begin to see that it is only ourselves that is hurt by the grudge that we hold.

This meditation is a short practice on forgiveness. It may even be used as forgiveness towards yourself, maybe you believe you are not worthy of something and are to harsh towards yourself.

Use this mediation to begin to plant the seeds of forgiveness and compassion deep within the seat of your heart. Allowing yourself to become untangled from the grips of painful memories.
